Tug & Butty Trip

Well, we have had a brilliant few days boating with George Boyles new tug Sandbach towing our butty St Austell from Sneyd on the Curley Wryley up to the Macc. Thanks for the snatch George & thanks for your help Craig & Graham.

About Me

pfccc: Brian & Ann Marie McGuigan are Boatmasters and Fendermakers trading as RENAISSANCE. WE carry coal, diesel, logs, kindling, ropes, fenders and other boat consumables by narrowboat, on the inland waterways of England for retail sale to other boats and canalside properties. We own a working narrowboat built in 1936 called ALTON, which we use for this trade. Our main area of operation is the Macclesfield and Peak Forest canals, Trent & Mersey (Kidsgrove to Preston Brook)and Shropshire Union (Middlewich to Nantwich, Chester & Ellesmere Port).
